How many guests can I invite?
We have parties and seating for up to 20 guests and also have additional seating for parents. Our basic party package starts out with 6 children on weekdays (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) and 8 children on weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
When can I see the store?
PartyBees™ IS ALMOST ALWAYS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT -- If you would like a 'tour of the store', please call us and we'll show you the costumes and sets.
Can I have 2 guests of honor?
You can have a two guests of honor party with up to 20 total attendees.
Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cupcakes/pizza/etc?
Our QueenBees (party hosts) are at your service. We will do EVERYTHING to make your party perfect. On top of keeping the kids involved, we will set up and serve pizza and birthday cupcakes and even write down a gift list for you. We take care of everything from start to finish. We will even help take presents and leftover food out to your car.
Can I give my party host a tip?
Tipping is greatly appreciated! If you feel your QueenBees have done a great job, please feel free to tip. A 10% tip is customary, but how much you give should be dependent on how great the QueenBees (party hosts) were.
Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
We have gone to great lengths to professionally decorate our facility. Nothing can be hung on the walls. Absolutely no confetti or silly string will be allowed inside or outside the facility. If you use them, you will be subject to a clean-up fee.
Can I bring in my own food?
We supply you with top quality food for your party. We can take care of all your pizza, drink and cake needs. Ice cream is an optional extra expense. If you need to bring your own food due to allergies or special diet needs, please let us know and we will work something out.
When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza or goodie bags?
We will call you 3 to 5 days before your party to get a final head count and confirm your order. After that, we put in our party orders for the week.
What if fewer/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza or goodie bag order?
You will be charged for how many kids show up for the party. There is a minimum charge for six children on weekdays and eight children on weekends.
How much does a large pizza feed and what about drinks?
Each pizza is a large with 12 regular slices. They are large slices so one large pizza is usually enough for a party up to 12 children. We also provide water and apple juice. If you want an extra pizza, you can purchase one from us. If there are leftovers, the Queen Bees will wrap them up for you to take home.
Do you charge per attendee for pizza, cake and drinks?
Every party includes one large pizza -- 12 slices. Each participating guest will also receive a drink and a cupcake. If you want to purchase more food or drinks for the participating guests or to feed non-participating guests, like siblings or parents, you can purchase more food from us.
How early should I arrive before my party?
It is best if you arrive earlier than your party guests (10 to 15 minutes early). Our party host, the QueenBee, will take care of all the set-up so you don't need to.
Can I bring my own decorations or paper products and set them up before my party?
With every party we provide paper products (plates, cups napkins) and utensils free of charge. These are generic and have no theme. If you would like to bring your own theme decorations, such as plates, cups, napkins and tablecloth, feel free to do so. Just make sure to let your QueenBee know as soon as you arrive so they can set everything up for you. Just hand them your decorations and go enjoy the party.
What else do I need to bring?
We provide everything. We have candles and matches. We also provide apple juice for every party. Just show up and we'll take care of everything. If you have a camera and/or video camera you may want to capture some fun memories, to remember your party at PartyBees, especially the final show.
Does the guest of honor receive a special gift from PartyBees™?
The QueenBees will present the guest of honor with a picture we take of all the party attendees in a keepsake frame.
Do the party guests get to keep the costume?
Every guest will take home a special PartyBees™ T-shirt and themed hair accessory. The themed costumes are for the party only and must remain at PartyBees™ afterwards.
Is there music during the party?
There will be a play list of music coordinated with the theme of your party.
Who picks the theme and activities for the party?
You do! You choose your theme and any three activities. See the Parties link for suggested activities for each theme. Crafts are optionally available for a small extra charge.
